This policy explains which personal data Amplify Digital BV processes when you visit this website or contact us, why we do so, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we process and why
- When you contact us. If you email or call us, we process your name, contact details, the organisation you work for and the content of your message, in order to answer you and follow up on your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- When you become a client. We process contact and billing details to perform the agreement and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
- When you visit this website. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
This website has no contact form, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking tools. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Who receives your data
We only share personal data with service providers who need it to work for us, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email provider and our accountant. They act on our instructions under a data processing agreement where required. We also disclose data when the law obliges us to.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration: up to two years after the last contact.
- Client and billing data: for the duration of the agreement and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Technical server data: for the short period our hosting provider needs for delivery and security.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email hello@amplify-digital.eu. We respond within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
